Fat experiences

Help with exercise

Hello everyone.
I've recently decided to put on some more weight, but my belly has been slumping for a while. I know this varies from body to body and that everyone gains weight differently depending on their physique, but I'd like to give my body a little boost and tone it up as much as possible. Do you know of any specific exercises to tone the belly so it's as round as possible and less sagging?
Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, having strong abs will not impact that kind of thing. The type of fat that sags (subcutaneous fat) rests under the skin.

YamtheHam:
Of course! Core exercises, they help, even simply starting with modified planks against a wall (like leaning on a wall) coming all the way down to the floor, those are great for all body toning!

Also: Deadbugs, Bridges, Russian twists, a deadlift, these all are great core/ core using exercises to help.

Like you said, every body is different, so these will helpfully strengthen and provide more support 😊

Thanks! I'll look for the ones you told me about.

Is there nothing I can do to shape it, then?

I'm afraid munchies is correct on this one. Just as there is no "spot reduction "for fat with exercise, there is no "spot addition" with weight gain. This sort of thing is largely genetic and outside of cosmetic surgery, your body is gonna do what it's gonna do.

That would be a weird conversation to have with a plastic surgeon... "Let me get this straight... you want me to make your belly fatter???"

I mean ... I've seen some very strange body enhancements out there. However, I fear that any surgeon willing to do such a thing probably isn't one you want doing the surgery.
